Development Requirements:
    - Visual Studio 2013
    - MS SQL Server 2008 or higher
        - edit connection string in Web.config
        - only empty database is required, 
        the software will create the schema by itself.
    - to run the unit tests: NUnit Visual Studio Test Adapter
